How Order Books or Notecards Directly from the Author

I don't have an online ordering system. If you tell me what you want, I will ship on the following day, with an invoice which includes the books ordered, sales tax if any, and actual cost of shipping. You would pay by check on receipt of the order.

All books are signed, and can be personalized according to your wishes.

If you send email or U.S. mail, please remember to include:

• Your name and mailing address.
• A phone number, in case I have questions about your order (it will not be used for any other purpose).
• What you want and how many.
• If you would like books personalized, specify how this should be done.
